Organization Types
Student Organizations exist to represent the wants, interests, and needs of the students of St. John’s University. Student Organization exist to contribute and create a thriving campus life that will contribute to the enrichment of the undergraduate experience.
Academic
Promote academic excellence and sponsor programming focused on a variety of academic fields.
Programming Boards
Provide a comprehensive array of programming throughout the year, as well as major signature events.
Cultural
Exist to expose the campus community to different cultures.
Honor Society
Exist to recognize outstanding students in their fields, and offer social and community service opportunities.
Fraternities &Â Sororities

Religious
Assist with creating an environment of faith.
Performing Arts
Exist to exercise the talents of our student through the art of music, theater, and dance.
Service
Help promote the Vincentian mission of service to the community.
Special Interest
Serve to unite students with a common purpose and interest. The group includes hobbies that range from career goals to social activism.
Social Justice
Promote the concept of human rights and equality.
